Khurram Masood is the Co-Founder of Smalt and is on a mission to revolutionize talent supply and productivity in the blue collar workforce while empowering the clean energy transition across Europe. Prior to Smalt, Khurram was the Chief Product Officer at Sharpist, a personalized, impact-driven ed-tech platform that grew from less than 1 million to 5-10 million EUR in annual recurring revenue under my direction. He also co-founded and served as the COO of ALU, a Fast Company Top 50 most innovative company that reimagined higher education in Africa. He is a Stanford Alum, an Ex McKinsey Associate Partner, a Forbes Contributor, and a Techstars Mentor, with a passion for lifelong learning and social impact.
