Zac Austin is the Co-Founder & CEO of Pacifico Biolabs, a fermentation Berlin-based startup developing next-generation seafood replacement products through biotechnology. In the first year, Pacifico developed best-in-class fish prototypes and a highly-optimised fermentation process, enabling their $3.3m Pre-Seed round, led by FoodLabs and Simon Capital. Prior to founding Pacifico, Zac was a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey in London, Assistant Director in the British Government Covid Taskforce, and Head of Special Projects at Razor Group in Berlin.

Ivo has a background in strategic communication and political science and formerly worked for the German Aviation Association as Head of Strategy and Communications.
